The only thing that may make them even think about a cut is the fact that if they don't, retail will cop it in the buttocks this xmas, and Dec is too late to do anything about it.
Retail is in desperate need of a shot in the arm.
Even if they do, the banks won't pass on the full amount. $$$$ are just too skinny in this area of their business.
