no rate cut on cup day, page-7

I would have thought it's safe to assume there will be no rate cut. This makes the current sportsbet odds look very appealing, 2.15 payout for staying the same, versus 1.5 for 'Decrease Between 0.01 and 0.25 Percent'. Very tempted to place a bet, but too many surprises in the markets have left me second guessing what I thought were sure things :)
