To be honest it matters little what the share price was in 1987.
Range now have a new board, new projects, and we're in a different global economic environment. The only thing that's the same is the code 'RRS', the rest of the company will be completely different.
Just like driving a car, it's always good to keep an eye on your rear view mirror- but not at the expense of looking through the front windscreen at the road!
