i have to agree with jovann.
and lets face it, the announcement the other day was "much ado about nothing". no real news except that things are roughly on schedule.
i'm looking forward to the announcement that says "first ore shipped" and "second shipment due [insert date]".
that's when nsl will be re-rated IMHO
