I am guessing kept low to take pics.......too low to
avoid rotor turbulence...slow plane like a beaver
had no chance.Pilot error...and maybe he would
have had a chance by going straight ahead as
has been suggested and climbed out over the rail lines.
Then again the rotor could have been severe and
caught him out taking pics.
Sad to see the innocent perish.
