No Recourse Loans

LNC Has issued debt that has no recourse against parent company LNC Energy for at least $300M
Does anyone remember or has access to the details of all loans? ( Bond Issue )
In effect PB May have already sold the West Coast Assets if he has managed to borrow the whole $600M as no recourse to LNC Energy LOL!! Wonder if the interest payments are non recourse as well?
Can't imagine the bond holders to be that dumb but lest face it in the USA anything is possible!! When one considers Fannymac to fail on obligations!!!
