I feel that Imugene like to group things. Possibly a few patients have been dosed but they are only a few days away from a lot being dosed or close to a few other sites recruiting, so instead of saying 4 patients are dosed they will announce 15 patients doesd and 2 other sites now recruiting.
Just using intuition here.
