I recently heard a respected American trader say "countries where real estate is going up and up is because their is nothing else to invest in." He wasn't talking about Australia but he may as well have been. That needn't be the case surely, a weak dollar and many decent companies trading in a market which is 30% lower than its highs. We are on sale so fill your boots. Don't look back in 5 years with regret.
