I feel the reply, of. Shareholders need to push management to get results, is very thin. Question why do we have management. To manage. And in my world manages are employed/paid on the basis of their skills they bring. And improving business. Its great they have the skills and knowledge to fix past mistakes. But shareholders should not have to micro manage Management. Or have I missed something.
