    Do I have to restate - short term sell. Goodluck not ever needing capital raising again in AVB's development to full scale producer with a market cap of $1bil!!!

    Shame all the perma bulls cannot handle the odd negative argument - to their wealth detriment no doubt market amateurs biggest error is falling in love with a share...
