DB,
WPL or Cairn will only pay what they want to pay,and it probably would be much less than Far would hope,and an outsider with no PE restrictions would pay.
Just remember WPL/COP or Cairn have all the time in the world to not pay what Far want today.
Far has to continue to pay for their 13.5% of costs which will continue to weigh on its 13.5 % shares value in the Aquisition Market,today & tomorrow before Cash Flow.
