Dan - nice summary. You have also been regularly spot on with you pricing calls. I am happy to be back in the green today for first time in a year. IMO this is now a fundamentals driven stock and TA has no current relevance. Pricing likely stepwise (hopefully up) short term driven by significant anns with quite a few irons in the fire.

With reference to Index Funds do you know if their charter limits them from holding stocks until they are formally back in the ASX. I believe this is the case with some US index funds.
