If my memory serves me correctly VSL are having a spat with Ventana in the US over *BOND and VSL's tecnical breach of Ventana's barcode patents on such equipment.
VSL will ultimately win its case but FOX went over to discuss the matter with them personally as they are VSL's largest customer for Novacastra products in the US.
Ever since FOX and crew have been pointing out that they believe the true value of VSL to be far greater that the market credits.
Interesting tact or self fullfilling prophecy.
