mc is about 26m so do not understand 50m.
If it is fully diluted then nearly 1b oppies will be converted at 5.5c which gives nearly 50m to the kitty. that looks good a 50m company with 70m cash.
so do not understand fully diluted how or when they use it, unless someone can clear it up.
