Sincere thanks to all for the wonderful support received for the letter of demand.

As yet, there has not been any response from the VIL board. If and when the board make any contact, you will be notified immediately. However, I have verbally been told by an NWR Communications person that the VIL board are taking the letter of demand very seriously.

In response to other positive comments made by VIL shareholders, I believe that we give the VIL board the full 2 weeks before considering any further action, if any is warranted.

HOPEFULLY, the VIL board will do the right thing by the shareholders, and there will be no need for any further action at all.
