Dippa, you raise some interesting points.

One can't help agree with your views and management bashing has been our consensus view here, yes, new management may do the trick, its nice to see Murray Surtees on the Board, but,..............lets look at the counter side of the argument:
- the Board are, as Blythefan puts it, highly pedigreed, the non executive directors are (well O Regan, Sterling and Mulligan - I dont know much about the others) highly successful in their own rights and their remuneration is in my view a token given who they are
- most of them have a fair chunk invested in the company (Sterling, Forrester and O Regan);
- lets face it, exploration is a funny game and the race is long, who knows their collective judgment may turn out to be correct trumps
Zinc.......well, I dont know, my humble view is that zinc will come back, possibly in late 2009, early 2010 and as Cath Davey says, possibly with bubble characteristics which, if we get our timing right could set us up for life. If she is right, the MTB time line should tie in with Zinc.
