The company holds its AGM on that day and will have to ask for authorization from its shareholders to raise equity.
ASX because of Covid has allowed this can be a maximum of 25%.

So...the AGM docs that will be sent out will have this as an agenda item
Everyone can then vote if they grant the company to do a CR at some point

The company once the AGM is behind them can then do a CR whenever it wants. It can be straight placement to insto's or a mixed deal with some insto's coming in and some rights issue component for existing shareholders.

So my bet is: you get a CR early December, or it will happen in 1Q21 and it will be between 15-25M AUD at whatever the price is at the time with some kind of discount. Before any of this is in play you will have many more drill results come back, you will have US elections which might push gold up a lot if uncertainty unfolds Guessing what price the CR happens today on 16 October is therefore nonsensical. Just wait and see.
