I do not believe that ERG can afford to takeover IHG. They have enough problem themselve. I reckon it is the battle between two major shareholders (Trust and entities). One is going to force another to getout of this funds management market. May be the entity is the one who lost most (facing bankrupy?) who paid $1.50 last year......
