I believe that your fears are completely without foundation. The low SP was no doubt caused by the Indus selling, together with a market that was completely uninformed as to where the finance was at.

With the last presentation giving the npv of the whole project, the SP is irrelevant. A 50/50 JV at project level, would not involve shares, and a few issued at corporate level would hardly be at the fire-sale, market price! MHO.
