If AGO did go into an offtake agreement with Chinese mob at what price would it be US$50-60/ton??? Then they would have locked themselves in at that price. Better to go on the spot market in short term.
i reckon the Chinese tried to screw AGO with the offtake agreement which is business as usual, IMO thats why it never happened. You dont have to be Einstein to know thats what happened....
AGO management done the right thing except for that delayed suspension, which probably caused the share to drop extra %10-%15....
AGO should focus on finding much more quality ORE and increase its holding on other small high prospects...
