Do holders remember the MOD sale of its 80% of the Sams Creek...

Do holders remember the MOD sale of its 80% of the Sams Creek gold resource to Condamine Resources in July 2017 for $3.8M plus shares?  It seems that did not eventuate?

Should this lapse of the agreement not have been reported?  Or was it?  I wonder if they are still seeking a buyer?  That $3.8M would have come in handy.  They should at least update the info on their website to reflect the current situation.
