WC, It's all about conditional probablity, it's a baysian thing with a black swan at the bottom end.
If it goes racing back past $3 then what are the odds of it going significantly further ... probably pretty good.
If it has fallen dramatically to 1.50 then what are the odds of picking the bottom and having it turn around and racing up ... unfortunately not very good.
Others with better inside info might see it as a cheap buying opportunity, I though, have to trust in what the price and general conditions are saying to me.
