My bill has ALWAYS had a fixed charge which is called a Supply Charge.
And I have certainly seen a reduction in my electricity charge in the quarter ,and that wasn't for a full quarter. The only person who would have been unable to detect a reduction in their power bills would be:
- those whose CONSUMPTION has risen; and/or
- whose fixed charge component has risen; and/or
- those with a poor understanding of our lingua franca; and/or
- believe anything, and everything, emanating from the sour lips of the Labor Party; and/or
- never got past Primary school, with or without a poor maths teacher.
