The service charge is a recent addition to Qld power bills. Not long ago we only paid for power used. In addition the service charge has been increased on this bill by more than the slight reduction in usage charges due to removal of the carbon tax. So overall I am paying more diligent, get it? It appears that Ergon and the Qld government have conspired against the consumer.
