According to Rox's Annual Report 2021, Hawke's Point held 20,952,381 shares.
According to Rox's Annual Repost 2022, Hawke's Point held 22,269,881 shares.
DYOR and draw your own conclusions, but imo it could (to a degree at least) explain why Rox's SP has been continually reined in for so long.
Whatever, it's comforting to see Rox's "cornerstone investor" quietly adding to its shareholding.
