According to last guidance shamol, they are going to be:
- 25c exercise price options
- Expiring at 31 July 2010 (2yrs)
Record date was 11 or 12 July, but that was recently extended.
Hugo - a chinese entity - were set to take a placement at 34cents but major shareholders voted that down arguing that the placement price (negotiated 10 months ago in Dec 07) was too low -> shares were at 45-50cents at the time of resolution.
The company have gone back to Hugo to see whether Hugo want to raise the price of placement or what not.
The new record date should be given some time shortly.
