no sellers and no buyers

On a day with a "market sensitive" announcement. No trades - very unusual. Not even a change in the buy or sell orders. Nothing. Is this a result of having such a large share holder or just that this stock has managed to avoid the day trades - even more exceptional when you look at what is being drilled and the upside!

Would like to pick some more shares up but without any volume on trades hard to know what a fair price is. Will watch and see.
