I admit, I was in two minds as to whether to apply for the extra shares in the offer.

I thought the sequence of events this past 6 months has left Vmoto looking a bit inept: 1. reveal a significant drop in sales, 2. announce building a new factory, suggesting it will be covered by debt, 3. be forced into a bargain basement capital raise when the loan doesn't come through.

However, yesterday the price was showing signs of lifting off the 15c offer price, and the order book looked very skewed, so I stumped up for the share issue.

Then today, there seems to be a seller's strike. I don't recall seeing a stock so lop-sided. Granted, VMT is not very liquid, so an individual investor's activity could easily push the price, but the fact remains there aren't any sellers around today ... seems like a good omen :rocket:
