Ah Kermit, if only it was that simple ! The flaw in your reasoning is the assumption that management know what they are doing - they haven't got a clue. How could they without any experience apart from digging around in the desert ? But in spite of themselves, they will eventually get there...probably well outside time estimates . You are right that the opportunity of funding via the options is likely to be lost and that is a pity, but on the positive side Finch and McKay are likely to miss out on their "performance rights" as well.....which would be an appropriate result for the "performance" we have been subjected to. The only saving grace with this company is the resource and that is sufficiently impressive to indicate the current SP is a significant bargain (at least for the patient). Chin up !
