I think that a company that puts out an official letter out to asx (shareholders) outlining how they have made a single phone call to the government about how things are coming along with the license, to get a simple reply of "yeah good" is quite pointless. Also an update on the village? why, to tell us they have installed an outdoor toilet or put the roof up on 1 extra housing facility? Again isnt this all pointless?
By law if something Material has affected the company they must provide information, so Im sure when the village is 100% completed, or the License is granted we will be first to know. And If anyone thinks otherwise of management, why would you even own shares in a company that you believe is acting illegally?
I personally would be disappointed if management even had the time to be writing immaterial updates every week.
