If someone was trying to get their order filled at .001, then placing those ridiculous bids at .002 and .003 would be counteractive.
Anyhow that was a real "outthere" type of buy bid manipulation and that was a joke.
With all this going on i am not even in the queue because i believe they will be freely available shortly.
Watch for a CR and capital consolidation IMO.
