You cannot just compare share prices . This is meaningless. You have to compare enterprise value.
That is Market cap + debt. In PNA's case that is market cap of approx 160 plus debt of approx 480M. Total 640M.
The market is valuing PNA at 640M . INL is only a fraction of this
