The reality is that there is over a billion shares on issue and only a bare 2 million bucks left in the kitty.
Unless we receive news that drives the SP up significantly in the next 3 or so months then capital will need to be raised.
The raising will more than likely be at a decent discount to the SP at that time. If that happens then existing holders will more than likely suffer severe dilution. Also don't discount the possibility of a share consolidation/reconstruction 
ADO is still speculative and very risky so lets all pray for a telling announcement that at least propels the SP in the short term to 5 or 6 cents or more.
