Out of interest do you guys know how Noorwood are allowed to dilute the shares by such a huge amount?
Have they managed to get over some voting threshold where they can just vote through the issue of as many new shares as they like?
There still must be some rules governing how many new shares they can issue, right? Do minority shareholder have the opportunity to have any say in this acquisition (not saying they or you particularly do or anything, just want to better understand the limitations of the majority holder in a reverse takeover).
