A couple of months ago I sent an email to ASX Admin pointing out the, at that time,7 month delay in advising the market of the supposed transaction(s).
After chasing the ASX up again as I had nothing but a standard reply that they had received my email, I received an email headed Misconduct Issuer....apart from that heading nothing else in the email told me anything that the ASX had not already told me which is nothing other than they are looking into it.
Can anyone elaborate on the heading the ASX has used "Misconduct Issuer"?
