Real quick question, which director has resigned from CGB that would require an ASX please explain?
Can anyone provide an example of a company in suspension, who was issued a please explain for not lodging their quarterly report whilst already being suspended?

This is a brilliant example of the tortoise like speed with which ASX moves, they sent a query letter on 25th January 2022, for an announcement made 20th October 2020. Only 15months delay...Maybe social media keyboard warriors alerted them?

Does anyone see any announcements for ASX query letters dated 19 December 2022 and 31 January 2023??
It seems if the company does not reply, they do not get announced? The ASX does not publish its correspondence, the company "announces" its response.
Simply ignoring the ASX, would result in nothing being told to the market. We might have been informed if the company had been suspended, but as it was already in suspension they have dodged that bullet.
Kind of ironic, this company i found listed one of their excuses as having no employees.
