Sound advice Neil and they seem to have listened to you on the first of those two requests.
I think it's their failure to heed your second request that's hurting them the most though and that's all on them.
I'd be over the moon if they could turn things around, but there comes a time when my faith can't be restored in any particular management team that have failed to deliver and at that point the only solution to me is for those people to hand over to others to have a crack.
Failing that, my sentiment is "none" and I have no hope.
