How do you know their balance sheet is healthy?

How much has been spent of travel, due diligence, legals, BOD etc for the potential "acquisitions".Can't be cheap undertaking months of research, due diligence etc on potential acquisitions...
Are you privvy to information regarding their financial position that hasn't been released to the market? Without such information, your assertion of a healthy balance sheet is unsubstantiated and sounds like a desperate holder grasping at straws.
Is it possible they don't have a healthy balance sheet and this is partially the reason for ongoing suspension and failure to produce financial reporting on time or at all to this point of time?
