Hi Dean, I dont think it's purely a management issue.
If POS had found grades similar to Western Areas, this operation would be in full steam ahead.
The project in marginal, always been a swing producer dependant on high-nickel prices under WMC.
Remember, back in 2007 when this project was originally getting spruiked, Ni was north of $50k/tonne!
