It doesn't exactly matter how many deals they said they had expected to have signed, you need to read between the lines. They expected to be cash flow positive for the 'year' which means they had expected to have signed deals quite a while ago, be selling plenty of MNG or other licensed formulations and be so far past the invoicing terms that not only are they cash flow positive now but they have brought in enough cash to recover the negative cash flow from the first half of the year.
