Well this release seems to be wound up tighter than a ducks arse in a power dive!!

forgive me but how can another offer or bidding war start if the information is not to be given to a counter bidder.

ie a resources upgrade is already known and so STO thinks its a good buy. But another potential bidder cannot see this info and so cant see the resources upgrade.

Am I wrong in the way i read this?

As far as CGT goes - thank you very much but hey I lost on this dog. So does this mean I get a tax credit?
I think the CGT is the kicker for the board and its shareholders.
