Nothing happens fast in IDT's world. A month or so ago the MD resigned, and about time too. Granted the company is experiencing a tough environment, but that is unlikely to change anytime soon so you better get used to it. If IDT have the slightest idea what the companies future looks like they're not telling us.
Let's hope that the new MD has a realistic vision for the future of this once great little company.
