nah im just guessing... any number of shares below 1% of total shares movements may not need to be disclosed to the public...
thats why yesterday's off market trade was 2 mill in volume not 2.3 mill or more (more than 1% of total shares outstanding) where the person/institution has to disclose to the public for the change of substantial holding.
