    Valuing sdl at $1.2b.....or 5~6x current. ...

    Why would any co.offer $600m for half....when $500m gets you the whole lot today??

    China what they do?? Not much....they have their chance now to deal...if they arent in they aren't in.....they continue on

    Don't matter...shareholders are happy
