To quote the 1st post last thread..athyrio the black..

"The rationale is clearly this: the banks have seen the last of the Eighties wind-ups finally grind through the courts in the past two years (Bond Corp). The liquidators and lawyers made literally a billion dollars in fees out of these insolvencies."

A BILLION DOLLARS should be better spent in these times..
I still dont think it is the group that you blame are the perpetrators and the perhaps the 'common destructive reason' could only be discovered via liquidation IF AT ALL... as described in the media article above.imo

You have to be looking in the right direction to have any chance of assessing the reasons for undoings.imo.
BUT CS says there are no signs of maleasance and he would have the most reason to look everywhere..imho

Many lessons must be considered, at the very least, in order that this witch hunt is not repeated over and over..
Your reaction is quite understandable athyrio..lets hope for our regulators wisdom and at least some very good consessions and deals that build... not destroy...

This financial environment needs superior judgement to save those billions for constructive purposes...imo.

So far the board has looked doomed but is making headway against very strong headwinds...

Nice to hear from you athyrio even if you are black.
    From researcher..searching for the white.
AND its probably very very grey..
