Looking at the figures on the quarterly and the most recent announcement, there are 481,306,899 shares issued at the moment.
Lumos closed the quarter with US$8,240,000 in cash with US$5,000,000 coming from Hologic.
If we disregard the payment from the Hologic, Lumos has US$3,240,000 in cash. This is equivalent to AUD$5,009,276. This would mean that the book value of Lumos is right now AUD$0.0104.
If we count the payment from the Hologic, then the book price is AUD$0.0264.
Another payment of US$5,000,000 will come in June '24. This would make the book value of Lumos AUD$0.0425.
Either way, right now, Lumos is hugely overpriced.
