Sorry but I disagree. Western legal systems dictate, in fact insist upon, all defendants having legal representation. I don't write off a lawyer because they represent someone who turns out to be a criminal.
Dershowitz supported Hillary Clinton in 2008, Obama in 2012, and Biden for 2020. He campaigned against the election of Trump in 2016.
I'd put it to you this is the exact lawyer to be quoting. He votes Democrat, campaigned against Trump, but still doesn't support impeachment purely on legal grounds.
