Just rang SDL and they clarified offer is still only proposal and 1 GBG for 2 SDL was the basis for valuation of merger.
If merger goes thru on this proposal and SP is $2 GBG on the day then we will get $1 for every SDL held.
So far this is my understanding.
no sp limit just clean skies
