I received a call from the CFO, Matthew Prior, last week. He was apologetic that VRT was not able to offer an SPP but explained the circumstances involved in the purchase of Adora which happened quickly. This is also the first raising since IPO. I was relatively satisfied with his explanation but if anyone is interested I am sure he would be happy to discuss. He seems very open.

In any case, I have taken the opportunity to top up my holding today and am happy to be able to do this at a lower price than the institutional offer.
