It makes so much sense. Whether or not there is a recession, this spendingshould always be there.
MQG took this responsibility from Govts post Keating compulsory Super Levy with the formation of Infrastructure Satellites and Super funds here and abroad investing.
This model is now out of fashion some Govts need to get back in . The Rudd stimulus is a perfect start.
Our roads, rail and ports need renewing. Our energy security needs to be secured.
Now is the time to do. We will never be able to do it cheaper.
Meanwhile is readying for the next phase of the bull market.
OK US consumers (70% of GDP)are going to take time , but meanwhile the flashlights are on this area of the world.
